- Description
- The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) intends to issue a request for proposals (RFP) that will lead to the award of a single firm-fixed price contract for Courier Services. The contractor would be responsible for providing courier services between the Center for Retirement & Insurances Services, the Center for Investigation Services, located at 1137 Branchton Road, Boyer, PA., 16018, the Office of Personnel Management Headquarters, located at 1900 E Street, NW, Washington, DC 2045 and the Center for Retirement & Insurance Services, Customer Service Group, located at 1426 Forbes Avenue, Pride Building 4th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 (this site will only required one weekly stop, but is subject to change). The contract will be awarded for a base period of one-year with four one-year options. This procurement is restricted to small business concerns, and is classified under NAICS code 49211. The size standard for determining a small business for this NAICS code is a company that has fewer than 1,500 employees. OPM anticipates releasing this solicitation on or about July 28, 2003, and proposals will be due approximately thirty (30) days after that date. Parties interested in obtaining a copy of the solicitation must download a copy from FedBizOpps, www.FedBizOpps.? No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
