- Description
- Yearly contract for 18 to 28 issues per year (twice monthly) with 4 option years. PRODUCTION IS RESTRICTED TO A 35 MILE RADIUS OF ELMHURST, ILLINOIS. 13,000 to 13,500 copies per issue, 8-1/2" x11"(bleeds are required), with 12, 16, 20, or 24 pages (most are 16 pages). Paper is 100-lb. white #2 dull coated text. Printing is in black and one PMS color. Negatives will be furnished and no proofs are required. Saddle stitch. Approx. 7,884 copies are self mailers; contractor to address from disk, wafer seal, & mail (First Class) at government's expense. An additional 1,812 copies mailing to foreign addresses must be stuffed flat in furnished 9-1/2 x 12-5/8" kraft envelopes, addressed, & mailed. Approx. 3,300 copies pack in bundles of different quantities (approx. 100 total bundles) and deliver to Batavia, IL. Approx. 400 additional copies deliver to a second address in Batavia, Il. Several other minor destinations may also be required. SPECIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN WRITTEN. REQUEST A BID PACKAGE ON FIRM'S LETTERHEAD FAXED TO 312-353-3916 (ONE PACKAGE POER REQUEST). BIDDERS MUST HAVE A COMPLETE BID PACKAGE BEFORE SUBMITTING A QUOTATION.
