- Description
- The Coastal Systems Station (CSS), Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Litton Systems, Inc., Woodland Hills, CA., on a sole-source basis for two each, LM200 Inertial Measurement Units (IMU). These units are required for the production of two additional systems that incorporate the IMU. Use of any other IMU would require redesign of the system being produced requiring 1.75 man-years of engineering redesign labor and a delay of approximately 12 months in production of the systems. Required delivery date is 30 Sep 2003. Delivery will be to the Coastal Systems Station, 6703 W. Highway 98, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. A Simplified Acquisition is anticipated. NAICS CODE 334511 applies.
