- NA The USPFO for Pennsylvania has a requirement to enter into an agreement with a contractor to provide all resources necessary to perform Billeting, Custodial, and Driver Services as well as Facility Management for the PA Army National Guard, Eastern Army Av iation Training Site (EAATS), building 19-117, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. The Governments intent is for the contractor to provide all supervision, labor and supplies required to operate a janitorial service on Government furnished property. The contractoer shall operate in accordance with the Statement of Work but is free to develop creative new ways to improve or increase service. This will be a firm fixed price contract based on lowest priced offer. The estimated RFP availability will not be before 15 calander days after this announcement publication. The projected Proposal due date will be no less than 30 calander days after issuance of the RFP. All requiests for solicitation packages shall be in writing. Telephonic requests will not be ho nored. Inquires from subcontractors or suppliers will not be accepted. Only written inquiries for bidders list will be honored.
