- Description
- The US Government is seeking publishers for the weekly printing of the Kaiserslautern American (KA) newspaper providing news and command information to personnel of the Kaiserslautern Military Community. The contract shall start 1 Oct 2003 for a basic period of 2 years. It may be extended by mutual agreement for a period not to exceed 6 years.
