Description
The Department of State intends to enter into negotiations with the United Nations Development Programme /Global Consulting Services located at One United Nations Plaza, New York, New York 10017 for the purpose of conducting compensation surveys in the countries of Kenya, Ethiopia, Chile and Serbia. The vendor is required to conduct compensation surveys in the four countries and provide compensation data to the Human Resources office at the U.S. Department of State. The compensation data in the format of a report will be submitted to Human Resources within the two weeks after completion of each survey. The reports shall include data from major international corporations for a variety of positions from skilled laborers to middle management. The data shall be displayed by survey position and by company. The reports shall also include data on separately paid benefits such as bonuses and allowances. The resultant contract will be performed during the last quarter of FY-03. All responsible sources shall respond by submitting a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information and other technical information literature demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements. Price should be included. The response must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement. No telephone requests will be honored. Failure to submit documentation will result in the government proceeding with negotiations.
