The contractor shall perform, assigned by the Denver Home Ownership Center(HOC), on-site field review of appraisals completed by appraisers on the FHA roster. Each review shall determine the accuracy and quality of the appraisal. HUD intends to award one performance-based purchase order as a small business set aside under FAR Part 13. The awarded contract will be for a base period of one year with 4 one-year options. The NAICS code for this procurement is 531320 with annual receipts of $1,500,000. The solicitation will be available on or about July 23, 2003.
