The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years: Origin inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. The NSN is as follows 6685-01-180-9037, 48 day?s delivery. FOB Destination. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are available. Please submit your request to DSCR-VABA via internet, mail fax, or phone. The total surge quantity is 1192 each. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 403 each - 30 Days ARO / 335 each - 60 Days ARO / 373 each - 90 Days ARO / 27 each - 120 Days ARO / 27 each - 150 Days ARO / 27 each - 180 Days ARO. Contractors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. Contractor first article testing is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
