- Description
- The Flathead National Forest, Swan Lake Ranger District, intends to solicit a stewardship service contract for Fuels Hazard Reduction totaling approximately 358 acres. This is a negotiated procurement and a Technical Proposal will be required. The work will include timber harvest, road construction, maintenance slashing, and mechanical and hand piling. Estimated issue date is July 23, 2003. The Notice to Proceed will be issued about October 1, 2003 with an estimated completion date of September 30, 2005.
