- Description
- Single award for the period Date of Award to July 31, 2004, for the Department of Treasury. Production area assumed 60-mile radius Washington, DC. Anticipate approximately 25 to 50 orders per year (with 75% of the orders being for folded flyers and the remaining orders for saddle stitched, loose-leaf, and perfect bound publications) for approximately 500 to 500,000 copies per order. Anticipate folded flyers being a single leaf product, saddle-stitched products being 8 to 96 pages per order, and perfect bound/side stitched products being 72 to 200 pages per order. Various trim sizes will be ordered, they are based on three formats. Format A being 3 x 6" up to and including 6 x 9", Format B being over 6 x 9" up to and including 8-1/2 x 11", and Format C being over 8-1/2 x 11" up to and including 17 x 11". Prints in one to five ink colors (including four-color process plus one additional ink color). Operations include electronic prepress, film/reproducible making, printing, binding, packing, mailing, and distribution. Quality level II. Bid opening July 18, 2003.
