Description

SYNOPSIS: Contractor to furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the removal and disposal of the existing range front light and the complete fabrication and installation of a new tower base structure with platform and new tower, immediately behind the existing structure on range centerline. The project is located approximately 1-1/2 nautical miles offshore Tybee Island, Chatham County, Georgia in approximate position 32-00.4N, 80-48.7W. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) Code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $28.5 million. Estimated construction price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. Performance period is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days. Bid Opening Date is 21 August 2003 at 2:00 P.M. ET. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available.
