- INTENT TO AWARD The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to CDO Technologies, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 5TS5703D353. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. CDO Technologies has over six years experience and training with the Air Force on the ALERTS program. The contract action is for re-host the Automated Life Support Equipment & Records Tracking System (ALERTS) to a web-based platform, providing follow-on client support services and the procurement, installation, testing, and certification of appropriate software applications on all hardware with the specific equipment requirements of 30 different USAF aircraft involving fighters, tankers, bombers, heavy airlift aircraft and operational support. The proposed action will cover a one year period of performance with four option years. Interested companies that are: 1. small businesses, 2. currently registered in the GSA ITSS e-commerce system website, and 3. have an extensive knowledge of and experience with the ALERTS program may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All information received by close of business 7/9/2003 will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
