- The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to award a sole source purchase order to Bill West Incorporated (BWI), 887D Main St, Monroe, CT 06468 for the acquisition of 4 specially manufactured WVME-163 cards with proprietary modified OS-9 software and accessories. This acquisition is sole source since the cards, software, and accessories have been specially developed by BWI for use in a special navigation and control system. Use of any other cards and software would require extensive redesign of the of the overall system that these components are part of. NAICS Code: 334119. Small business size standard is 500 employees.
