Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to modify an existing delivery order with Rolls-Royce Corporation under basic ordering agreement N00019-00-G-0154 for up to four additional sets of T56-A-427 turbine vanes with metal blade tracks to be used in testing a configuration change. Each vane set is comprised of 24 each Rolls-Royce P/N 23076255; 12 each Rolls-Royce P/N 23076256; and 6 each Rolls-Royce P/N 23076257. Rolls-Royce Corporation, as the sole engine manufacturer of the T56-A-427 turbo propeller engine is the only source that possesses the technical data necessary to engineer and produce the configured turbine vanes with metal blade track engine parts.
