- NA The Minnesota Army National Guard has a requirement for two (2) each Semi Tractors. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation DAHA21-03-T-0068. Minimum specifications are: Cummins or Cat 400/425 HP (or equal), 13-18 Speed Transmission, Twin Screw, Anti-Lock Brakes, Air Ride, Air Conditioning, & Heated Fuel Tanks. This procurement is set-aside for 100% small business. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7513; Size Standard: $21.5 million. The associated North Ame rican Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532120.
