- Description
- This project consists of repair of Building 262, Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The work includes but is not limited to the following: Provide new elevator, exterior windows and doors, stair enclosures, standing seam metal roofing, exterior finish system for Building 262 at Dover Air Force Base. Work shall include landscaping, utilities, and miscellaneous items to complete the project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236210. The approximate issue date will be 23 July 2003 with an approximate response date of 22 Aug 2003. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued and is 100% set aside for small business HUBZone certified concern. In addition to being certified as a small business HUBZone concern, all firms must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data bank (http://ccr2000.com/) All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The performance period is 270 days. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. The entire solicitation, including the specifications, will be made available ONLY on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site at http://www.eps.gov The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS Website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies WILL NOT be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
