Description

Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to replace the high temperature hot water system at building in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 21 Jul 03. Request For Proposal will close on or about 21 Aug 03. Performance period is 120 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed. The Notice To Proceed will be issued within 30 days after award. Winter exclusion shall be included in this solicitation for the period 1 Dec 03 to 1 Apr 04. The Request For Proposal is available only on the Internet at http://www.fedbizops.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer good for 120 days, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be based on the availability of funds. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: https://ccr.dlsc.dla.mil) The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS Code is 238220. Size Standard is 12.0 Mil
