- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F25600-03-T-0083 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-14. This solicitation is issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside; the NAICS Code is 333512; the NAICS size standard is 500 Employees. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for the following products. 01: two each; LE-100SA 10 Watts Marking Systems. Marking Head: High- speed/precision Galvanometer Beam control, 160 mm F- Thea Focusing Lens for a 100 mm X 610 mm marking area, Nd: YV04Crystol (fiber optic coupled), Diode- pumped laser source. 1064- nm wavelength, Q- switched Operation, and CDRH Class IV Level of Manufacture. Diode Controller: Diode- pumped poser source (fiber coupled to marking head), TE Colling system, 19? Rack Mount Controller, Input power 100- 240 vac 50/60 Hz. Portable computer or industrial PC: RMI laser division symbol writer software, windows platform, Digital I/O Serial communication. Mounting Stand: System Manual and Software Manual. 02: two each; Installation/ Training required. 03: two each; Shipping and handling. AN OR EQUAL IS ACCEPTABLE. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. All quotes should be received NLT Friday, 11 July 03, at 1:00 pm (cst), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to antwane.thomas@offutt.af.mil, or by fax at (402) 294-7280. .
