- Description
- Provide Hotel Services to include but not limited to the amount of 1185 guest rooms to include several conference rooms for the National Veterans Creative Arts Festival to be held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rooms are required to be in the Salt Lake City Vicinity within a 6 mile radius. The time frame of the contract will be from October 9, 2004 through October 16, 2004. The sleeping rooms will be paid for individually by those occupying the rooms. This procurement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Commercial Items Part 12 and in accordance with Far Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The Issue Date is O/A 07-22-03. BOD is O/A 08-06-03.
