- Health Care Opportunities Subcontract Help Applied Technology Systems Inc. (ATSI) is soliciting cost proposals from qualified health professionals to provide subcontracted services to students (age 16-24) of the Detroit Job Corps Center. Cost proposals are being accepted for the following subcontract position: Physician Services to be provided for a period of 12 hours per week, 50 weeks per year. Services shall include staff consultation, coordination of health programs and direct medical services to students such as physicals examinations, diagnosis and treatment of illness, immunizations, referrals, and related services. On-call services after hours fee (if any) should be included in bid price. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the Department of Labor to address the multiple barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged youth. All subcontracts listed above will be awarded for 2 base years with 3 pre-priced option years.
