- This is a notice of intent to issue RFQ EA133E-03-RQ-0136 on a sole source basis under statutory authority 41 USC 253 (c)(1), Only one responsible source, to Midpoint Systems Solutions, Inc., 7517 Wallops Millpond Road, New Church, VA 23415. Contractor shall provide follow-on upgrade to the Channel Interference Monitoring System (an integral part of the DCS Automatic Processing Systems (DAPS), with state of the art spectrum analyzers. Midpoint provided and designed the original sub-system that utilizes a spectrum analyzer as part of the DAPS. The system shall interface with the latest Oracle software to obtain schedule updates. It shall interact with workstations that are located at Suitland, MD and Wallops, VA. In addition it shall provide real-time spectural plots that will be stored and transmitted for further analysis. See Note 22.
