- Road repairs on Forest Roads 3683, 3688, 3726, and 3824 on the Poplar Bluff Ranger District, Mark Twain National Forest in Butler and Wayne Counties, Missouri. Work consists of reconditioning the existing road prism; including cleaning and reestablishing road ditchlines; dips, drainage outlets and shaping the traveled way and shoulders, turnouts and approach road connections, placement of surface aggregate, mowing and limbing of the roadway and seeding. The project also includes the removal and proper disposal of trash and debris from road, outlet ditches, side roads and turnarounds. Cost to the Government is not expected to be the controlling factor in the selection of a contractor for this solicitation. The degree of importance of cost as a factor could become greater depending upon the quality of the proposals for other factors evaluated. The following factors will be used for evaluation of each proposal: Past performance, experience and price. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
