- Description
- The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement for all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and other necessary work for Building 850 Demolition. The work is located at the Crops Science Research & Education Center, Urbana, IL. General work includes the demolition of an approximately 2,100 SF building including foundations and underground utilities. Utilities to the building include electrical, sewer, water and natural gas. The estimated cost of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Specifications and Drawings. A Payment Bond shall be required. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. All responsible and qualified sources may submit a bid that will be considered by the agency. A pre-bid site visit will be scheduled and information provided in the solicitation package. This will be the only opportunity to visit the job site prior to submission of bid.
