- PR No: LTC03178012815; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a C-130 Rod Assembly, Cargo Ramp. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. The OEM is Lockheed Martin, there are seven approved sources: Aero Engineering & Mfg (Cage 17772); International Precision (Cage 3H683); Hill Industries (Cage 55064); Arizona Aircraft Spares Inc (Cage OF2Y3); Nasco Aircraft Brake Inc (Cage 21849); EMCO Fluid Systems (Cage 61898) and Smiths Aerospace, Hydraulic Unit (Cage 60029). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1650-00-625-4223; P/N 370751-1, Rev F; AEQ = 42 Base Year, 24 Option Years; and Maximum Qty = 66 Base Year and 48 Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 180 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. Export Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 25 Jul 03. The anticipated award date is 15 Sep 03. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
