- THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION - IT IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY – The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to procure on a limited competition with the twenty two current providers of the National Health Service Corps Student/Resident Experiences and Rotations in Community Health training program. The purpose of the contract will be to procure the services necessary to continue the National Health Services Corps Student/Resident Experiences and Rotations in Community Health training program for a period of twelve months. The twenty two current providers are the only responsible sources capable of providing the required services under authority in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302(a)(2).
