- PLEASE NOTE: This synopsis was originally posted on May 31, 2002 however, due to system error it was deleted from Fedbizopps database on June 5, 2002. Therefore, the original posting date for this synopsis is still May 31, 2002. The above posting date June 5, 2002 shall be null and void. Forest Service is soliciting quotes for Type III Helicopter Services. Contractor must provide qualified personnel and equipment to meet specifications for use in administration and protection of Public Lands. The helicopter furnished will be used for fire support, project, law enforcement, and administrative flights. This solicitation is open to small and large businesses. If you are interested in receiving a solicitation, you may download it from www.fedbizopps.gov. This solicitation will be available to the public on or around June 17, 2002. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-JUN-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 03-JUL-2003.
