- Description
- The U.S. Special Operations Command has a requirement to procure 34 ea Flex Mounts, M240, P/N: 3392AS200-1. The Government's intent is to award a firm-fixed price contract with F N Manufacturing Inc., 797 Clemson Rd., Columbia, SC 29229-4340. F N Manufacturing Inc. is the only known source for these specific mounts. F N Manufacturing owns all proprietary data. The anticipated delivery date for these mounts is on or before 18 December 2003. It is anticipated that an electronic Solicitation will be issued on or before 18 July 2003. The due date for proposal submission shall be 18 August 2003. All interested parties shall be given due consideration as required by law. Note 22 applies.
