- FISC Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to procure various size rubber expansion joints, Class A, Type 1, with rings, face to face. NOTE: Full specifications will be provided with written solicitation package. This requirement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as set forth in FAR Part 13. The solicitation number is N00181-03-Q-0391. The closing date for receipt of offers is 14 July 2003. The applicable NAICS classification for this procurement is 332919 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Request for solicitation package must be in writing by 2:00 PM on 9 July 2003 and the requestor must include their fax number and phone number.
