- The following is an amendment to the previously published Naval Facilities Engineering Command goals expressed in terms of percentages of total planned subcontracting dollars for utilization of small businesses as part of the contract performance: Small Business (SB) ? 64.3%; Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) ? 14.8%; Women-owned Small OSB) ? 14.4; Service-Disabled Vet ? 3%; HUBZone SB ? 3%.
