- NA The work consists of installing filter material, geotextile and rock riprap for scour protection in the vicinity of bridge; establishment of turf; and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,0 00.00. There are seven (7) sheets in the set of drawings. . This will be an unrestricted procurement. To qualify as a Small Business Concern, the Concern must have had average annual sales receipt for the preceding three Fiscal Years not exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS 237990 and SIC Code 1629. The Official Copy of the solicitation will be provided on Compact Disk at no charge.
