- Description
- Contractor to furnish all labor, transportation, testing, testing equipment, materials, and replacement parts to perform semi-annual regular maintenance and emergency repair on Fire Protection Systems Arsenal-wide. Semi-annual regular maintenance to be performed on Ansul Light Systems, Dry Chemical Systems, Intergen Systems, Smoke Detectors, and Heat Detectors. Yearly testing to be performed on Fire Pump. Emergency repair maintenance as required on the systems, response to be within 12 hours and work completed within 24 hours. A commercial time and material contract is contemplated. Period of performance will be for one (1) year from the date of award and will contain four (4) one-year options, for a total of sixty (60)months, contingent upon the availability of funds. This procurement is under a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $12 million.
