- Description
- Engineering services and materials necessary for design, development, prototype, test, and documentation of a fit and function replacement for the B-1 CITS Avionics Control Unit. Contractor furnished/tailored emulation sofware shall allow direct rehost of existing mission software. Solicitation will be sole source to Northrop Grumman Space & Mission Systems Corporation, One Rancho Carmel, San Diego CA 92128 (CAGE 65409) pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1).
