Description: Diameter "F" 35.738 inches by 2 inches estimated dimension. 1st stage fan air seal provides a rubber seal arount the first stage blades of the rotating assembly; this helps increase the compressed air flow through the engine. Award to be made on a sole source basis to the OEM. Vendors are free to request solicitations, however, qualification requirements exist and First Articles will be required. Award will not be held awaiting outcome of source approval.
