- Description
- The Network Business Center, Veterans Affairs intends to procure, on an other than full and open competitive basis to the following: Pentax Precision Instrument Corporation, 30 Ramland Road, Orangeburg, NY. The Government intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement for repair services on Pentax Manufactured Scopes. The basic period of the blanket purchase agreement will be from February 23, 2004 to February 22, 2005. The blanket purchase agreement will include four (4) one-year option periods through February 22, 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All proposals received by 4:00 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time, July 28, 2003, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
