Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has an unrestricted requirement for commercial items in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5 - Test Program For Certain Commercial Items. The NIST Center for Neutron Research (NCNR) has an engineering database which must be converted from Hewlett Packard Allbase/SQL with a CoCreate WorkManager Desktop interface to an Oracle database with CoCreate Model and Project Manager user interfaces. This procurement is for: the database conversion; CoCreate software; training; and support. NIST anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price purchase order as a result of this solicitation. Solicitation SB1341-03-Q-0586 will only be available electronically, via the internet at <www.fedbizopps.gov>. Telephone requests will not be honored, and no bidders list will be maintained. All interested, responsible vendors should submit a quote to arrive on or before the due date in block 8 of the solicitation, to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Acquisition and Logistics Division/Contracts Office, Attn: Jo-Lynn Davis (Sb1341-03-Q-0586), Building 301, Room B129, 100 Bureau Drive STOP 3571, Gaithersburg, MD 20899-3571.
