- Wall Ranger District, Work Center, Roof Replacement: Approximate size of job is 2,829 square feet. It is the Contractor?s responsibility to measure and inspect the project site prior to quoting on the project. Work shall include removing and disposing of the existing roofing system, including gravel, built up asphalt roofing material, flashing, vent shrouds, plywood deck, gutters, downspouts and incidentals. Contractor shall install a new plywood deck, flashing, drip edges, ice shield at all eaves, gutters, downspouts, insulation, rubber roofing system, vent shrouds and incidentals to make the roof operational. The Contractor shall fasten the existing soffit and vents with screws as needed around the perimeter of the building. Install 2 inch by 8 inch wood braces in the overhangs at 16 inch cc. Project work shall include all labor, equipment, materials and other incidentals necessary to adequately complete the project.
