- Item 01 ? Hankinson Hills is for the construction of eight miles of the Hankinson Hills Trail #1002 on the Sheyenne River District of the Dakota Prairie Grasslands. Work includes excavating the trail tread and filling back with compacted aggregate surfacing and installing self closing gates. According to the drawings and specifications. Item 02 ? Blacktail Trail is for the construction of six and one half miles of the Blacktail Trail #6001 on the Grand River Ranger District of the Dakota Prairie Grasslands. Work includes excavating the trail tread and filling back with compacted aggregate surfacing and installing self closing gates. According to the drawing and specifications. Price Range: $100,000 - $250,000 for the two items combined. Estimated start date for Item 01 and Item 02 is September 15, 2003 with July 1, 2004 for completion date.
