Description: A one-year service contract is needed on an Applied Biosystems QStar Pulsar OMaldi mass spectrometer. The service contract must provide parts, labor and travel for remedial repair of the instrument. This service contract will also include semi-annual preventive maintenance, telephone access to technical support, and next day response time on priority repair service.
