- Description
- Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-4412, LTC031550012179, Chamber, Plastics processor, consist of one NSN 4250-01-422-9046. This item will be IAW drawing number NR 53711 6861230 with Rev H, Critical Application and Non- Commercial, QAP 002. This solicitation will be solicited as Unrestricted, will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus an option to extend the terms for an additional (4) years. Solicitation will have (3) line items with FOB Destination, to two stock locations (SRG) Richmond, VA and (AQ5) Tracy CA and one line item for DVD anywhere in the US continental, IAW Fast Pay Procedures. Inspection and acceptance for first delivery for stock and DVD lines will be at Origin, thereafter will be at Destination. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will contain EPA, POPS provisions, and will not contain progress payments.
