- NSN: 4730-01-075-0943 PR: YPC03181001082 DESCRIPTION: Restrictor, fluid flow. Hamilton Sundstrand Corp. (55820) P/N 169363-2, The Lee Company (92555) P/N VDLX0501050A, Solar Turbines Inc (66195) P/N 952704C1. 628 each including option. FOB Destination - 95 each to New Cumberland PA, 219 each to Tracy, CA. Delivery in 120 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBiz Opps on its issue date of 7/21/2003. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are Hamilton Sundstrand Corp., The Lee Company, Solar Turbines Inc. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
