- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a “sole source” commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is: F7396131620100 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-14. This acquisition is intended for award to sole source. The associated NAICS code is 334290 with a 750 size standard. Line Item 0001, Operation and Maintenance Training for ten (10) users of the RCD – Tactical Radio (AN-PRC-117F) at Charleston AFB, SC. Level III Operations and Maintenance training shall include, but is not limited to familiarization with equipment operations, equipment and module level theory of operations, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting. Training shall be provided via courseware, manuals, demonstrations and hands-on exercises. Acceptance will be FOB destination to 437OG/OGS at 101 S. Bates St., Bldg 162, Charleston AFB, SC 29404. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award.
