Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fresno ANG needs to service and repair/overhaul the plastic media paint stripping booth facility (approx. 15ft x 12ft x 20ft). Contractor shall replace all filters in the dust collector, tre at filters, replace all access door seals, slide gate seals, repair or replace pulse valve and solenoid valve as needed and perform a complete operation check of the dust collector. Additionally, contractor shall: rebuild media valve, inlet valve, and exh aust valve; inspect and repair or replace pop-up and O-ring; inspect and repair or replace blast hose and dead-man control valve as needed; and replace blast nozzle. Contractor shall: provide all new door seals, seal and coat interior blast room floor wit h abrasive resistant rubberized coating; remove all batten strips and reseal all panel seams; clean and replace light bulbs and light lenses as needed; inspect control and interlock systems and repair as needed; replace inlet filters as needed and perform a complete operation check of all equipment. Contractor shall also provide maintenance training to personnel. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted) via mail or fax. All Sta tement of Need and Evaluation Factor requirements must be met as they appear in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Standard Industrial Code 3599 and NAICS Code 333999 apply to this procurement, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Location of service to be performed: 5323 East McKinley Ave, Fresno, CA 93727. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), http://www.ccr.gov/. Any vendor not registered in CCR will not be awarded a Government contract in accordance with DFARS 204.7302. Award will be based on technical capability and past performance equal to lowest price, responsible offer. The Government intends to evaluate and award without discussions on this procurement.
