- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency, Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Branch (AQSS31), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Isogon Corporation, 330 Seventh Ave., New York, NY 10001, for the acquisition of license renewal of Tic Toc and Intercom. The period of performance is 01 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. Companies who can provide the above listed proprietary software maintenance must indicate their interest in writing by the response date stated in this advertisement. Estimated date of award is 6 SEP 03 . All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order. i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is a Request For Quote(RFQ). (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-5 and DAC 91-13. (iv) This resultant contract will be 100% set aside for small business. SIC 511210, Computers and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software. Size Standard 100. (v) Provide a price for each of the following items. Requirement description is set forth in para (vi) below. (vii)Software maintenance on the following: CLIN 0001: TIC TOC, GS2032C, S/N 90110933, GROUP G, CLIN 0002: TIC TOC, 2003-136, S/N 48697, GROUP D, CLIN 0003: INTERCOM, 2064-2C2, S/N 217DA, 575 MIPS(SITE LICENSE), CLIN 0004: INTERCOM, GS7X5, S/N 78002415, (SITE LICENSE)(viii) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.212-2 does not apply to this sole source acquisition. (x) Quotes shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000 and 252.247-7022. (xi) FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition - FAR 52.212-5(b): The following additional FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6; 52.203-6 Alt I, 52.219-8; 52.219-9; 52.222-26; 52.222-35; 52.222-36; 52.222-37. (xiii) Additional requirements: (1) The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.222-26; 52.232-33; (access to clauses can be made via www.far.npr.gov); (2) DFARS 252.212-7001 applies to this acquisition - DFARS 252.212-7001(b): The following additional DFARS clauses apply to this acquisition: 252.204-7004; 252.205-7000; 252.219-7003; 252.219-7005; 252.225-7012; 252.225-7014; 252.227-7015; 252.227-7037; 252.243-7002; 252.247-7024; (3) The contract type will be a firmed fixed price.
