- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS). 311 HSW/YASK, Brooks City Base is seeking sources for Test Stand, Demand Oxygen Regulator, Portable. The Test Stand provides a means for testing air leakage of oxygen demand regulators. MIL-T-8429B, P/N: P7-02-0006, T. O.: 33D2-10-63-1, NSN: 4920-01-181-9622MH. Predominate size/dimensions: Test Stand Height 4.5 inches, Width 6.0 inches, and Length 12.00 inches. Test Stand consists of an aluminum carrying case with hinged lid, flow measuring cage, pressure gage, viscous orifice tube, squeeze bulb and pressure reservoir, bleed valve, filter, necessary tubing and connection adapters. Performance specification will be available for potential sources. A First Article test will be required from all sources. Firms possessing the capabilities to accomplish this requirement are invited to submit a statement of qualification, enclose production information/catalogues current GSA or other schedules information and price list/schedules.
