- Solicitation Number SP450-03-R- 3539, LTC03106010830, (2) NSN: 6810-01-362-8616, Standard Color Reagent, Industrial Municipal’s P/N G617318, D.O. T. Class: 8; DOT shipping name: Hydrochloric Acid solution. Unit bottle contains 2 ounces. Original manufacturer’s commercial unit packaging is required. Repackaging is not authorized. Solicitation is Other than full and open competition. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one year with an option to extend for (4) years. Automated Best Value System applies.The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery requested FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance, Destination , QAP 251. Inspection and Acceptance for DVD’s is Origin for first shipment, thereafter I&A Destination, QAP 021. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Hazardous Warning Label are required. The solicitation will be issue on 20 May 2003 with a closing date of 04 June 2003.
