- Description
- The work includes the demolition and removal of existing heating equipment, ductwork, supports and associated steam and condensate piping in buildings 163 and 202. Install new steam heating equipment, ductwork, structural supports, high and low pressure steam piping, condensate piping, direct digital control system and incidental related work. Solicitation will be available on or about 21 April 2003. The solicitation will be available on the NAVFAC E-Solicitation website via the Internet at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Contractors must register for the solicitation before downloading from the NAVFAC E-Solicitation website. Registered contractors will be notified by e-mail when amendments to the solicitation are issued. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 238220/235110 with an Annual Size Standard of $12,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. If the low offeror is a Large Business, a Sub-contracting plan will be required.
