- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with The National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase exhibit space, theatre rental, sponsorship banners, signage, and videos at the 2004 U.S. Transplant Games. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. The period of performance for this project is forty-six weeks. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.
