- Description
- AUDIO-VISUAL SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all materials/supplies, personnel and supervision and other items necessary to perform Multimedia contracted services for Tyndall AFB, FL. Contractor responsibilities include providing timely professional photo, graphic, and video teleconferencing services. Performance will commence on or about 01 Oct 03. The contract will include the anticipated base period from 01 Oct 03 – 30 Sep 04 and possibly six (6) subsequent pre-priced one-year options. The resultant contract will be firm-fixed priced. This action is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North America Industry Codes System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541921 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $6 million. The successful contractor will be evaluated by relevant past performance and price, however, past performance will heavily outweigh price factors. This method will result in providing the Best Value to the Government. Recent, relevant, past and present performance is defined as performance of the same or similar type of work within the last three years. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically o/a 5 May 03 on the Government's Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies are not available. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Registering may take up to 3 weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
