- Contractor shall provide DEMO-CONSTRUCTION service to include all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary to complete project 640-414 =93Demolish Bldg. 137 at VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Menlo Park Division located at 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025=94, in strict accordance to the attached scope of work, specifications and drawings. Work consists of but not limited to demolition, asbestos abatement, site utilities, site restoration and other work required to complete the project. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-JUN-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 01-JUL-2003.
