- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA intends to procure an upgrade to their HSQ EMCS system currently in use. Items will be acquired on an other than full and open competition from HSQ Technology, P.O. Box 4557, Hayward, CA 94540-4557 for compatibility and proprietary reasons, using FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The items to be purchased, installed and started up are as follows: 1 workstation/server and 2 workstations with software and Miser License and replacement of six Remote Terminal Units (RTU) that includes I/O boards and power supply. Delivery is desired 90 days after award/required 160 days after award. The RFP will be released on or about 25 July 2003 and close 5 days thereafter. Responsible firms other than HSQ Technology, believing they can provide the above effort should submit a written response, no later than 5 days from the publication of this notice addressing their experience and how they could satisfy the Government?s requirement without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
